We want you happy! We stand behind our workmanship and quality. If you're not satisfied with our mat boards for ANY reason (and it is RARE), we want to know so we can make it right! We want to be your lifetime supplier of all your matting needs.
If you need to return matting to us, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, as we will not accept returns without prior consent or past 30 days of purchase. Returns without authorization will be refused.
All standard mats and accessories carry a 25% restocking fee once processed, or a minimum fee of $5.00 (whichever is greater).
We're sorry, but all sales are final (non-refundable or exchangeable) on custom, rush and/or special orders including shipping charges.
Any packages damaged from shipment, lost, or with missing contents, must be declared within 15 days of delivery. Failure to notify of damages will result in a loss of damage claim with the shipping carrier.
All protective packaging must be kept for reuse for any damaged item, in case a carrier pickup is warranted.
PLEASE NOTE: MATS ARE EXTREMELY PERISHABLE. Because packing is so difficult for mats, many returns are damaged in transit. Returns not received in perfect condition will not receive a credit.
We guarantee our products for manufacturing quality and provide excellent packing to protect the products in transit.
Shipping delays in transit are beyond our control and should be addressed by the individual carrier involved. We will not accept returns or issue credits for merchandise delayed after leaving our facility.
Shipping & Handling is the responsibility of the customer, and is not refunded. Products with a Free Shipping promotion that are returned will have the actual original Shipping & Packaging Fees deducted.
