Shipping & Handling
We know you're excited to receive your new mat boards in the mail, so we strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Typically our mat boards are ready to ship out to you within 1-3 business days after placing your order. 5 additional business days may be needed for your order to arrive at your door. The farther you are away from the Northeast (CT), the longer the shipment will take. Generally shipments to New York City take just 1 business day while shipments to Los Angeles take 5 business days. We ship 99.9% of our mat boards via FedEx Ground and USPS Priority. Currently, we do not offer any overnight or express shipping options.
If you are shipping outside of the United States Lower 48, or are shipping to a Military or P.O. Box, please email us with your order, as shipping prices will vary. We will do our absolute best to find the very best shipping method for your order.

Orders containing mat boards which have dimensions greater than 27" x 27" may have a one-time shipping surcharge per order:
- If the largest mat board is greater than 27" x 27", but is no larger than 31" x 28", there will be NO shipping surcharge
- If the largest mat board is greater than 27" x 27", but is no larger than 30" x 30", a one time shipping surcharge of $7.50 will apply
- All other orders containing a mat board greater than 27" x 27", that do not fit into the two categories above, will have a one-time shipping surcharge of $27.50
Shipping surcharges are added on a per-order basis, and are not added for each mat board. If your order contains mat boards that fit into multiple categories above, the larger surcharge will prevail.
